Should You Remortgage?

We understand you may think a mortgage broker is going to YES to that question but our answer is MAYBE.

There are fees associated when remortgaging and these need to be taken into account calculating the money you could save.

We are big believers in only making decisions once you have all the facts which is why it is important to clearly see how whether remortgaging for you is beneficial right now. Martin Lewis is an advocate for brokers and will always send clients our way to get impartial advice.

To help you figure out if ‘now’ is a good time for you, we have set up a ‘RUN THE NUMBERS’ service for our clients. Our advisors will ask you a few simple questions to determine the rate you are on now, any early repayment charges you may need to pay to your current lender against the benefit of securing the historically low rates available today.

We will never recommend you to remortgage unless it is in your BEST interest!

Did you know?

Remortgaging your home doesn’t have to involve borrowing more money, can you simply switch your mortgage from one lender to another, borrowing at a lower interest rate than you did before.
