The New Help to Buy scheme

The NEW Help to Buy scheme which will replace the existing scheme ending on 31 March 2021 is looking like it will be launched in October 2020.

The deadline for homebuilders to complete Help to Buy homes using the current scheme has been moved from 31 December 2020 to 28 February 2021, although legal completion still needs to happen by 31 March 2021.

The new scheme will be for First Time Buyers only but you will still be able to obtain an equity loan of up to 20% in England and up to 40% in London.
