Absolutely amazing mortgage broker, highly recommend! Stephen was fantastic, took the time to walk me through all my mortgage options, provided plenty of illustrations, and patiently answered all the questions I had along the way. He managed to secure me a really great deal with a competitive rate, and also sorted life insurance at a very good price, which made things much easier.
Jude was brilliant too, keeping me regularly updated throughout the whole process and making sure I always knew what was happening next. She shared helpful tips along the way and even found us a competitive building insurance quote that my wife and I were more than happy to go with.

It was my first experience getting a mortgage. My accountant recommended me “Home of mortgages” and I didn’t regret. Neil and Ellie both were very helpful, understanding, they replied to my emails and questions promptly, explained everything clearly and were always in touch which is not a common thing in London. I had a very disappointing experience with Umar Hussain as a broker. I provided all my details upfront and asked for the available options, but instead of sharing product details or lender prospectuses for me to review, he repeatedly asked for more documents. At no point was I given clear product specifications or terms and conditions to make an informed decision. Instead, I was told to proceed with a random interest rate without any transparency on the actual product.

This approach felt completely unprofessional and lacking in the clarity and diligence I would expect from a broker.
